A nod to the latest addition to the family (Paul). A quality/price ratio that annoys the competition. Made from plots planted since the estate was founded in 2007, this is a wine that grows with each vintage.

  • Grape varieties: 50% Grenache, 50% Syrah
  • Vinification method: Direct pressing protected from oxygen.
  • Ageing: Four months on fine lees.
  • Tasting: A pale colour, a very fine nose, a delicious palate with lovely acidity.
  • Food pairings: Diables & Co goes well with salads, grilled meats and Provençal cuisine in general. The ideal wine for a summer aperitif with friends.
  • Conservation: 2 years on the label. Generally drunk in the year of harvest.

  • Alcohol content: 13% vol.
