Grape varieties: 50% Grenache, 50% Syrah
Vinification method: Direct pressing protected from oxygen.
Ageing: Four months on fine lees.
Tasting: A pale colour, a very fine nose, a delicious palate with lovely acidity.
Food pairings: Diables & Co goes well with salads, grilled meats and Provençal cuisine in general. The ideal wine for a summer aperitif with friends.
Conservation: 2 years on the label. Generally drunk in the year of harvest.
