Grape varieties : 50% Grenache noir, 50% Cinsault noir
Type of vinification : This wine is made exclusively from the first free-run juice, there is no pressing. Fermentation takes place in demi-muids.
Ageing: On fine lees for 3 months in Stockinger oak demi-muids, then matured for 6 months in sandstone eggs.
In the glass: This powerful, expressive wine has a fresh nose with mineral and exotic notes.
On the plate: Its invigorating finish is the perfect accompaniment to a pleasant aperitif, white meats or fish. Drink between 10 and 12°C to fully express the aromas.
Cellaring: 3 to 5 years according to the label
